Wood is often seen in steampunk jewelry as much. Sure I see it in a lot of modding and more vintage pieces, but not as much jewelry. I think that these piece does a beautiful job of combining a vintage owl with the embedded watch movement and gear eyes to create a quite unique steampunk jewelry look.
